Owner and Captain
Welcome to Walzys Waves, your go-to place for an unforgettable summer experience at Sylvan Lake! My name is Kylor Wall and I am a current professional hockey player and now boat chartering business owner. We are a family-owned startup business that offers affordable boat rentals for those who want to enjoy the thrills of watersports. I am available to captain the boat most days for no additional cost, thus allowing you and your group to relax and just enjoy the day. I offer lessons in all watersports and include all the gear needed for the sports at no additional cost. Our company name is inspired by our family nickname, Walzy, which we proudly carry on in honor of my late father, Calvin Wall. Come and join us for a day of fun in the sun!

Who made this possible
The man in the middle is who made this all possible. My dad was an amazing man who loved Jesus and his family dearly. He was the son of a pastor and World War 2 Veteran, grampa Mike Wall. They grew up with little but always kept God first. My dads ultimate goal through his life was to impact the coming generations for the kingdom in the world of athletics. Although his athletic career in hockey was cut short, he found the next best thing, starting a business. Through his steadfast faith and ability to connect with people he was able to build a successful Utility industry company called Genics. He was very involved in charitable works, specifically his love for the people of India. With God he was able to build two orphanages and one leprosy centre that homes families struggling with the disease. Over 200 kids and families were able to have a second chance at life because of God's love and provision in helping my uncle and dads business to thrive. My dad was my bestfriend and biggest supporter. Although he did not pursue his first dream of hockey, he allowed me to do that and got to live vicariously through me. It was a special bond we shared, he got to see all my firsts, from my first time making a club team as a kid to scoring my first professional goal. I'm grateful for the time we shared and I know he is still watching. If you made it this far, thanks for reading my quick tribute to a great man who allowed and encouraged me to pursue my dreams.
